At 8am, 4 people went for training.
We started with 4km run.
25.26minutes

I'm a happy goober.

Then, 3 sets of medicine ball.

Training ended at around 9.30am.

11am, met MHL and we went to the gym.
Cardio -exercised a lot.
I still got a long way to go to work on my stamina, tone my legs and arms.

Then, we went to study.
And we were so sleepy.
