My Oh My...
I just happened across my very first drawing of Scott and Kyle and I was just...astounded at how much they've changed since then. That picture was drawn either the day of their creation or the day after, I can't remember and I was stupid and forgot to date the damn thing. Kyle was the first one to pop into my head and the instant he did I knew his name would be Kyle. Scott's design appeared shortly after, but it took me a while to figure out the name ( there's actually a couple scribbled out choices on the drawing). I drew this literally when I had major insipration. It was in my car, on the back of a school parking pass.
Now Kyle has to be the most changed appearance wise. He originally had straight hair, but now is a fluffy/wavy sort. He always had a green outer garment, but it used to be a vest instead of a hoodie. He had baggy khaki pants, now blue jeans, and wore a white longsleeve shirt as an under layer, now a yellow tee. I have no idea how I got from A to B but I find it awesome how it only happened over a couple months.
Scott's original design made me giggle. His hair had a heavy Sebastian (Kuroshitsuji) influence but now has a more Adam Lambert inspired look. His outfit of white tee, black vest, and black skinny jeans stayed the same with some minute changes here and there.
Scott's personality has changed a lot though. He started off as this kinda dark, bad boy; the wrong side of the tracks sort. But now he's a lot more...eccentric and happy-go-lucky. He's still got a pinch of that bad boy side, but he's on the better side of it all.
Kyle...well it's hard to say if his character changed much. I think he's just developed more rather than altered. He's always been the quiet kinda shy guy with a hidden mischivious side and some painful secrets.
I just found it all amazing that they've evolved so. I had to write about it. They're like my kids, ya know? So I kinda have this impluse to write about them.
Now what's weird is feeling as if they're your kids and dwelling on the fact they have/ will have an intimate relationship. It's something to ease into. But I won't get into that. xD;;
