Double Teaming: More Than Just Basketball
So I was working on a make-up assignment for my gym class (I know, a make-up assignment for gym, weird, right?) and I had to look up 10 different sports terms and use them in sentences. I was looking at basketball terms and came across this one:
Double Team: when two teammates join efforts in guarding a single opponent.
The sentence I came up with?
"Jeremy and Max double teamed Alex."
...once I thought of it, I laughed out loud. xDDD It's even funnier because they're actual guys in my gym class, haha!
P.S. I used the sentence ;D Why do I feel Mr. Mason will get a kick out of it?
