What I think is really funny about this job is that everyone tells you to call them if you have any questions, but if you do call they get mad.
My boss constantly tells me not to call people for questions because they will get mad. Some of them do, most do not. This is always the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I call everyone I can, to get answers. I don't care what they think. They are there to bring me a service and they get paid to do it.
I really think she is the stupidest person in the world. She knows nothing about customer service and has no idea how to get things done in a quick manner. How do people like this get to be bosses??? Gotta go
