[Mori was hit during the chaos of flying bullets. When things started to get weird, Mori threw himself in front of the boys he was supposed to be protecting. Human shield = pwn3d so he was KO'd for a bit. He's waking up and rubbing his head, trying to figure out what the hell hit him and if anyone got the license plate. He's also wondering if ( Read more... )

[Lurk lurk lurk. She's staring from the bushes, lucky her for being relatively unaffected by being pelted by stones. She has had worse and is practically ignoring what gets through the trees.]

[Well good for her because they didn't feel that great as far as Mori's concerned. He doesn't like feeling like he's being watched either.]

[Yes, yes it is good for her. Never mind that she's getting desensitized to the smell of her own blood thanks to that constantly open wound in her chest, from a real bullet. Nope, gonna lurk until you notice her. Because she is interested in what sort of challenge you have for her.]

[It'll take Mori a moment, but he'll do a slow turn as he looks around and tries to figure out where the eyes are. He can feel them, he just has to find them. Finally he'll spot the giant, white wolf in the trees. He'll stand still and wait to see what she's going to do.]

[Nothing, yet. It's a staring contest until you act, though a smug and bitter grin stretches her lips.]

[Mori's very good at standing around and quietly waiting. It's what he does for a good portion of his day.]

[Mori's not going to react to the taunt. If she saw him unconscious, denying it would be a waste of time and effort. If not, what was the point of denying it? She would think what she wanted. No, he's just going to continue standing there.]

And yet you hold rage towards me. Could you honestly hope to kill me, boy?

No. [He's very sincere when he says it to.]

I hope to protect Kotaro. [That's what matters. He doesn't want to hurt or kill her. He wants to make sure his little charge is safe.]

That is their exposure to it. It coats their body. Their body does not emit that smell.

Kotaro is alive and has killed no one. [He doesn't understand this smelling stuff. Kotaro really is alive, Mori is sure of it, so he can't smell of decay. He's also sure that Kotaro has never killed anyone so he shouldn't smell of death. It just doesn't make sense with her accusations.]
