After landing on your ass in Prohibition-Era Chicago, not knowing what might happen if the folks in Fandom didn't find a way to get you all home, and spending a month away from everyone you know

Somebody else isn't exactly complaining, here. At either the attachedness or the popcorn. "Missed this," he murmurs.

"Microwave popcorn?" Xander teases.

[bridge_carson]

"...Well, to be entirely honest, yes," Bridge admits. "But mostly you."

[needsaparrot]

Xander pokes him in the side. "Do I rate higher than movie-theatre butter too?"

[bridge_carson]

"Your number one spot is in absolutely no danger," Bridge says solemnly. "Even from all things buttery," yes, he does fingerwiggle.

"I'd say I missed you more than Twinkies, but that would be cheating, since I had some," Xander replies, throwing a popcorn kernel at him. "I missed you more than ice cream, though. Or doughnuts. Or chicken pot pie."

"Missed you more than pizza," Bridge counters, absently fishing the popcorn kernel from where it'd landed on the couch beside him and popping it in his mouth. "And milkshakes. And toast."

"You missed me more than toast?" Xander clasps a hand dramatically over his heart.

[bridge_carson]

"Uh huh," Bridge nods. "...Anders says you're supposed to chain me to something," he adds, after a beat.

[needsaparrot]

"Is it scarier that Anders is giving us sex tip or that they're good ones?"

[bridge_carson]

"I'd say they're both kind of equal on the scary scale, personally."

[needsaparrot]

"Well, maybe not chains. Not that i don't have some but they're purely for professional purposes. But tying you up? That could be a thing."

[bridge_carson]

Bridge shifts positions on the couch so that his head is now lying in Xander's lap. "I'm all yours," he says, grinning up at him.

Xander slumps lazily into the cushions, trailing his fingers through Bridge's hair. "That'd require, like, moving, though."

[bridge_carson]

"Mmmhmm," Bridge agrees. "Don't have class tomorrow, though. Plenty of time for moving later. I'm good with just being here right now."

"With the popcorn. And the water pressure. And the cable tv."
