Name: Julian Keller
Birthday: He more than likely has one.

Weight: 170 lbs/ 77kg
Medical Info: I think he's broken ribs on two separate occasions, he's been bitten on his shoulder by a nasty monster thingy, he's been impaled multiple times which made a mess of his chest and resulted in him not having a spleen anymore, he got kidnapped and his powers stripped from him which apparently was a pretty torturous process, was infected with the Legacy virus, recently lost both hands and part of his forearm. I have undoubtedly missed things.
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Black
Physical Features: Good looking pretty boy with mechanical prosthetics/gauntlets instead of his hands. I understand that the vast majority of his icons reflect neither of these things, and all I can say is that no-one in Marvel can draw teenaged boys, apparently. His eyes light up green when he uses his powers.
What's Okay To Mention: Julian is from the most recent part of his canon so he's good with canon events. If your character is a telepath, please ping me if they are going to go digging around in there because Julian's backstory is kind of horrible and idek he might have psychic defences given that they teach that at the school he goes to.
Abilities:
Julian is a telekinetic, though interestingly Julian seems to centre his powers through where his hands would be, as opposed as through line of sight (though this has been known to change depending on what he's doing). He can use his telekinesis just by looking at something or imagining it, but it seems to be easier if he gestures. In canon he has shown that he can fly at super sonic speeds, fling around ten tons of material without any strain, observe the molecular structure of things, throw his telekinetic force through the gaps in molecular bonds, manipulate electrons and make ridiculous force fields.

Hugging/Kissing/Other Non-Violent Physical Contact: I'm not really sure why anyone would want to, but by all means?
Maim/Murder/Death: He already has no hands and people regularly threaten to dismember him in canon. Sure, why not.
Emo/Angst/Drama: Sure, though Julian will probably not be greatly responsive. He ran out of spoons long ago.
Cooking: Yes, if only because he would have starved between NXM ending and his being asked to go to Utopia.

- Has an entire lifetime of suppressed (and fabricated) memories of a terribly dystopian world - if your character's going to get into this, let me know because Julian will know and freak out.
- Severely depressed! Concerns have been raised about whether he's suicidal or not; the question hasn't been answered yet.
- Massive abandonment complex.
- MUTANTS ARE AWESOME.
- Fiercely loyal to his team to the point of codependency.
- Massive guilt complex about this time he killed someone.
