It appears I have lost track of an entire month. I only intended to do a bit of light cleaning, but my apartment required a lot more work than I anticipated. Completely asymmetrical...it was disgusting...

It draws the attention off of how ugly your face is. But we have bigger problems to worry about now.
Kid, how much do you know about the black blood? While you were out of your mind, Chrona managed to get taken by insanity. Stein, Deathscythe and I were able to take him down without too much harm. But now... He's been consumed by his own Weapon, Ragnarok.
No one knows what the hell is going on anymore.

Damn. So we still haven't been able to move forward at all, have we? Not as much as I'd like. Stein went AWOL for a time, and just recently returned. As for the old man... He saw what happened to Chrona, but understands just as much about it as I do.
As for Ragnarok, I've been keeping an eye on him myself.

It happened not long before Chrona went insane, and if that was really true then... I probably would have been caught up in it by being that close to him in that fight as well.
...I think I might have an idea of what was causing it though, if you've heard any rumors about a vengeful ghost named "Kirie" lately... Watch your back around her, Kid. She's clearly dangerous.

Aaah. I appreciate it. He might not have any power, but I would put it past Ragnarok to stay out of trouble.

In two words: A jerkface.
In our world, Ragnarok was the one who transformed himself into Chrona's weapon, the Demon Sword. Other times, he is... just a creepy monster that looms over that Chrona, made out of the black blood that exists within his body.
