[The video clicks on, and at first there's only a clattering noise and a blur of color, as if the screen is being jostled around. Then, Tulio's face comes into view, so close to the camera that he's taking up the whole monitor.]

I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS.

[Suddenly, with another violent jostle, the view readjusts to reveal more of Tulio

I've tried throwing things, reasoning with him, yelling at him, and attempting to lead him off the side of the ship. He doesn't respond to anything.

Looks like you are stuck with him or you haven't been trying hard enough.

I'm trying as hard as I can! He's a...ghost, or something. I don't know how to deal with ghosts! We didn't have them where I come from!
