Right. It's time to set myself some goals that will actually happen.
By the 5th of September, my birthday: i HAVE to have lost 3lbs and be at 112lbs.
By the 9th of September, college starts: i HAVE to have lost an extra 2lbs, making me 110lbs.
By September the 30th, end of month: i HAVE to be 105lbs.
When i get there, i will re-asses how i look and then set myself more goals, probably ending in 99lbs.
There is NO WAY i'm going to fail any more.
I've got 12 days to lose 3lbs. EASY.
I will not eat over 300 cals a day. I will only eat dinner.
I will go out and buy all the diet pills i can afford, and continue to take lax's and buy more diuretics.
I will do this. No matter what. I'm not going to be a failure anymore, i know i can achieve my goals.
