I know I always set myself plans and never actually achieve them, but this time i'm going to. I'm sick of being 9st, I HAVE to be at 8st again, i'm disgusting.
It isn't a drastic plan like i've done before, I figured going slow would work better..
Breakfast: 1 apple
Lunch: 1 apple
1 satsuma
Tea: Whatever is given I guess :/
Drinks: one glass of orange juice a day, and at least 4 glasses of water.
