ive started to think of a new exercise thing!¬ i have to get ready for skool by 7.00 and leave by 7.45! so im gonna get up at around 5.00! go for a run until 6.00! Get a shower and then get ready for skool and keep doing that for a few weeks and see if it helps! im also just going to eat fruit! cuz wen im in skool its hard not to eat cuz im workin hard and tryin to concentrate ffslol! do u think thats a gd idea or is it pointless??

fasting is good but if i binge uncontrollably the weight just piles on straight away!

wat do use all think!
