lindt truffles are too delish for my well-being!! haha
i grabbed two out of the bowl of easter candy my mom put out!! ugh. so that puts me up to 200 for the day. not too bad for 6pm i guess, but WHERE'S MY NUTRIENTS?! im a bit of a freak about nutrition. i've been vegetarian for about 3 years now, and im making the transition to vegan as we speak (not there yet haha hence the truffles!) im all about counting fiber vitamins protien, all that. i have to know how much i had everyday, and usually im better than this at it! im thinking i should start mixing nurtional yeast into my soy yoghurt and things like that. I have my B12 daily supplement, my womens one a day, my calcuim, but theres still so much im missing out on!
on the upside, im making a huge vegan meal for my family tomorrow night. good because i LOVE to cook, and its a great way to get out of eating lots at dinner: "i picked at everything while i made it so im basically full" has never failed me! im making the lemon cupcakes tonight, which will be the hardest not to munch on ):
