The Big Rock Brownie Mountain
I’ve got a few solid years of cooking under my belt now and haven’t had too many cooking disasters in the last year or so. But this morning I had a doozie. And I was making brownies from A MIX. I managed to (a) burn them because I’m evidently incapable of reading our timer anymore and (b) bake them into a little brownie mountain because I was too lazy to pull out the pizza pan Michael was drying in the oven and just plopped the pan down on top. Uneven surface = brownie mountain.
