A few cold hours later...

Tora and Bethany stood outside a rather run down looking computer shop, leaning against the wall waiting on Nao to finally come on outside. The sun was out but the air was still chilly. The wind was blowing steadily through the buildings, as the they tended to create mini wind tunnels. Bethany was pressing herself against the wall doing her best to stay warm inside of her jacket as the wind nipped at her cheeks.

“Man,” Tora muttered, “I forget how bad he gets...You know I am fairly certain we could leave and he'd not notice it.”

“Yeah,” Bethany said pulling her jacket in closer to herself shivering a little. “I am pretty sure. Why does he do this? Here we are stuck outside waiting for him...”

“You okay? You're shaking?” he said noticing her trembling form as she tried harder and harder to press her self into the wall like she was trying to avoid something.

“I'm just cold...really cold actually...” she said her teeth chattering a little.

“Really?” he said looking over at her, his eyes returned to the street. He scanned the area for the appropriate solution, and as if waiting for a sign from the heavens the green and white logo came into view. He pointed at the store across the street and down a block, “why don't we go in there, and wait for him?”

She followed his hand to the Starbucks sign and looked back at him. “Won't he be upset if we leave?”

“Not as upset as he'd be if I let you freeze to death out here, and what kind of person would I be if I let that happen, huh?” he said gesturing for her to move off the wall. “Come on. I'll call him and tell him where we are going...okay?”

She nodded, her arms wrapped tightly around her body, as she shivered. She didn't respond vocally but her trembling lower lip said it all. He looked at her for a moment and wondered if it was normal for a person to get so cold. It was windy and kind of chilly, but he didn't think it to be that cold. They walked to the street, and waited for the cross signal as another strong gust of wind blew in, and he watch her shrink back trying to hide in any way she could.

“Here,” he said as he pulled his jacket off. He was wearing long sleeves, and frankly he was used to it. “take my jacket too.”

“I can't!” she protested side stepping the jacket he was offering her, nearly smacking into another person missing him by only inches. “You'll freeze!”

“In the twenty feet it will take us to walk there,” he said chuckling, “I think I will survive, don't you? Besides, I've got long sleeves on too.”

“I don't want to put you out...” she said trying to avoid taking his jacket. She felt altogether weird about taking a jacket from him. Perhaps, it had a lot to do with the fact that he had a girlfriend currently, or maybe it's because she knew he truth about said girlfriend. Her mind drifted back to the conversation she'd had with Reita several weeks ago.

“You aren't.” Tora said finally catching her in between two people. Placing the jacket on her shoulders, “you shouldn't argue so much, I am just being nice.”

“It isn't that...” Bethany said frowning a little bit, although she had to admit the jacket was very warm. It also smelled very very nice. A weird mix of cologne and a slight sent of smoke, then there was just his own personal smell.

“Then what exactly is it?” Tora asked he folded his arms over his chest as he stopped at the second cross walk. He glanced back behind himself to look at her, who was now huddling deep inside his jacket.

“I just, well. I don't know I don't want to put anyone out...I may be to over accommodating at times.” She explained with a shrug.

“Then do you ever get what it is you want?” Tora asked, relating rather well to that train of thought. He felt mildly sympathetic towards her at that moment.

“Generally,” she said stopping to think for a brief moment, before laughing lightly, “No.”

“Mmm.” Tora said humming and nodding his head, “I suppose I can at least empathize with you there...it's I trait I suppose I tend to display myself...”

“It stinks doesn't it.” She said balling up her fist in front of her fast, squinting up her face a little like she smelled something bad, before waving her hand in front of her face dismissively. “ I mean what about what I want, but I suppose that's the price you pay...”

“Perhaps,” Tora said grabbing the door to the Starbucks pulling it open, “dozo...”

“Arigatou.” She said smiling and nodding. Stepping into the store, it was like someone had flipped a switch. Greeted with a toasty warm heat, she stripped the jacket off and handed back to him with a smile and nod. She scanned her eyes around for an empty table. Spotting one she pointed it at and started to walk over.

“Right,” Tora said watching her quietly, “I'll be right over there...”

She nodded and walked over to the table. She slipped down in the chair and closed her eyes lightly, rubbing her arms to warm them up. She inhaled deeply and exhaled slowly.

“Feeling warmer?” Tora said setting a cup down in front of her, holding his own cup in his left hand.

She cracked open her eyes and hummed and affirmation. “Eh? What is this?”

“Tea, it'll help warm you up.” Tora explained taking a sip of his drink. “You do drink tea right?”

She made a face of discontent and annoyance. “Yes, the foreigner drinks tea. A lot actually...crazy I know.”

“I didn't mean it like that...” Tora said defending himself.

“Well, I do drink tea.” she said, and then she nodded her head, “thank you for this...you didn't have to do.”

“Iie. So,” Tora said rapping his fingers on the table, “are you warmer now?”

“Yes,” she said nodding, “I am now. I apologize. I am always cold, no matter what I do. I can't help.”

“So yo ne.” Tora said softly, “so uh...How have you been?” He was rubbing the back of his head struggling to make conversation. It seemed to go well earlier in the day, but he really had Nao's help along the way. This was them truly alone. Like at the park that day, well that night actually. There wasn't a slew of crazy events to comment on, nor was there anything to make commentary about. He as stuck, with his conversational skills, which generally involved his foot getting shoved into his mouth.

“Oh me. I've been fine. Nothing really exciting happens in my life, not like in yours I am sure...” she said taking a sip of her tea.

“Oh, yeah. Well, I mean, things aren't that interesting. Well, I suppose it depends on how you look at it I guess. I'm so used to it all now...” Tora explained, “so the whole thing doesn't phase me anymore...”

“I'll bet...Sitting down and doing nothing, or just watching TV probably seems out of the ordinary now huh?” she laughed.

“No...” Tora laughed lightly, “but being home for extended periods of time, that does feel weird...”

“Home like your parents house home?” She asked thinking about what Reita had said.

“Yeah,” Tora said his voice quieting a little, “it's a rare occasion. Either way, what about you? You are a long long way from home, do you get to visit?”

Bethany wondered how exactly to answer that question in a way that was sensible and wouldn't make him feel guilty for asking. Lying wasn't something she was particularly hot on doing, but in this situation leaving out the truth might not be so bad.

“No, not really.” She started.

“Oh? Why?” Tora asked slightly shocked.

“It's just a long long distance. Besides that my family, they are scattered over the states...it'd be hard to see people.” She hoped that was an acceptable answer. It was the truth, just a bare bones version of it with little to no detail at all to the specifics of her situation.

“I suppose so. It's not like if I wanted to go to Hiroshima or something...you'd have to fly for what 12 hours?” Tora commented.

“Exactly.” She nodded, thankful he was accepting the answer. “I just don't have the time or the money to do those kinds of trips...”

“I see.”

“What about you? Rumor has it you don't exactly make it home on a regular basis.”

“Rumor has it huh? By rumor you mean a certain bubbly blonde that can't keep his mouth shut...” Tora commented mildly irritated at his friends lack of discretion.

“I wouldn't call him bubbly, but yes, the blonde.” Bethany stated, not realizing that they were in fact talking about two different people.

“Shou? Not bubbly? Where do you figure that at?” Tora said equally as confused.

“Ah,” Bethany said realizing quickly, the miscommunication, “We are referring to two different blondes here....I thought you meant Akira...”

“Akira? He opens his big mouth too?? Can no one keep secrets?” Tora said shaking his head in disappointment.

“Is that supposed to be a secret? You not going home?” Bethany asked, mildly interested despite the fact that she already knew exactly what was being talked about.

“Well, I guess not, but it's the principle of thing you know. He shouldn't be talking about me like that to....” Tora hesitated and then placed his drink to his mouth. Taking a long drink trying to figure out what to say there.

“Sokka...” Bethany said a little disappointed in the halt in his statement. She took the statement rather negatively. “talking about you like that to...go ahead say it. No need to hesitate.”

“I don't mean it like that...I really don't.” Tora explained, setting his drink. “I didn't mean anything negative, I just meant to other people. You know...just people I....'

“You?” she said folding her arms over her chest, “You what?”

“Look, all I am saying is I don't feel comfortable knowing he'll go around just blabbing about my life to just anyone...” Tora he closed his eyes in a painful expression as soon as the words left his mouth, and he shook his head.

“I see.” she said nodding her head a little offended. She wasn't sure why she was so upset. In fact, he was perfectly in the right to be upset. She had no reason to be privy to any information about his life, no matter how freely Reita or Shou shared it.

“Again, listen...You'll learn something about me VERY quickly...it's like, I am not happy unless my foot is in my mouth. Okay, I don't mean it like YOU are nobody, or that you are lesser somehow, I just meant that I don't like Reita talking about my life. That's supposed to be my decision.” Tora tried to explain clearly reading he offense that was written across her face.

Bethany nodded and sighed and shook her head, “Listen, it's not like I ASKED him to tell me any of this. In FACT, I never asked about you at all. He just started talking about you...okay. So understand that. Understand that I didn't care about your life or what went on in it enough to ask your friend about it.”

“Ouch.” Tora said staring down at the table. She didn't care about him at all, not even as an acquaintance. That was rather harsh. To state it so nicely, and he had worried about his own skills at putting his foot in his mouth. She seemed to be just as good at it.

“Listen,” she said setting her cup down, “don't misunderstand me. I am sure you are a very nice person. You've been nice this far, but we hardly know each other. We've met what, a total of three or four times. I just wouldn't run around asking your friends about your life. It's not exactly, the sane thing to do? If you so desire me to know something about your life, or we were to become friends then I will learn that information. Until then, it's not my business.”

Tora nodded his head absorbing her information. It was still rather harsh, but it made the previous statement sit a little bit better with him. He thought of them as friends, even just a little bit. They could talk easily enough, why not consider him a friend. “Right...”

“Don't be upset okay? I'd hate to see you upset, I mean I can run around asking them about your life if you want? I can call Shou right now...if that'll make you feel better.” She cracked a small smile and leaned down a little so she could look him in the face, “ne?” He could tell she was trying to relieve the standing tension in the moment, and make him realize that there was no offense meant.

Tora shook his head and laughed a little letting the tension of the previous moment float away, “Sure, dial him right now. Ask him about my sixth grade year, after spring vacation...”

“Hmmm? I wonder...Would that be your first date?” She laughed, “with Shou?”

“NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!” Tora said waving his hands wildly in front of his face. “Never, no way, straight man sitting here.”

Bethany started laughing, “Meh, I'll just fill in the pieces of your life story as I see fit. Whatever my imagination brings to mind. So let's see a romantic get away with Saga in the country....sexy nights on the beach in Okinawa with Nao.”

Tora pretended to get the chills, “No, and no. I prefer the female variety thank you very much.”

“Oh really? Then what female variety do you prefer??” She asked. She rested her chin on her hand and stared up at him.

Tora shrugged and scratched the back of his head, “I don't know...I mean, I've always been asked, but I can never come up with a good answer...maybe that is why my relationships all stink so much.”

“Poor thing...” Bethany said sympathetically. “And I mean that...sincerely.”

“Thanks.” Tora said quieter this time.

“Well, why don't you go through it then? Step by step...and think about what you'd prefer...”

“Step by step?”

“Yeah.”

“I don't get it...”

“Well, for example, Do you want her to be smart, or....let's just go with not as smart?”

Tora laughed a little, “Well I don't want her to be dumb...I'm bad enough at school, someone in the relationship has to be smart, and it wont be me.”

“You're smarter then you let on and smarter then you give yourself credit for...” Bethany explained to him, “but you want a smart girl.”

“Yes, I suppose so.” Tora said shrugging his shoulders.

“We wont even bother with looks, it's just a matter of the person anyway...So, let's see funny or serious...”

“Funny, or I'd get dumped. I'm to...not serious, I'd get in trouble far to easily if she didn't have sense of humor. Too serious is no fun...” Tora responded quite quickly to the question

“What game are we playing?” Nao asked as he strolled up behind them. He grabbed the chair and plopped down into it. He dropped his bags on either side of himself and stretched his arms high up into the air.

“Building Shinji-san here the perfect girl, or at least letting him figure out what type of girl he wants...or is good for him, or something.” Bethany explained.

Tora waved his hand in denial, “we were just talking...”

“I can think of someone,” Nao said glancing over at Bethany then back at Tora, “who'd be perfect for him...but then again, he's got a girlfriend.”

“Right, so let's just stop this nonsense.” Tora requested.

“Hai,” Bethany said nodding her head, she looked over at Nao, “So...what'd you buy and can we go home now?”

“Stuff, and I think that'd be okay.” Nao replied laughing.

“Good,” Bethany said, “because I got a message just now. Reita's kidnapping me and taking me somewhere...” she stared down at her e-mail reading whatever message was on the screen. “warm and exciting?”

“That's rather...open-ended.” Nao said taking her phone and reading the message quickly, “yeah, that's odd. He's a weird boy that one.”

“He's nice though.” Bethany defended.

Tora leaned back quietly, and watched them talk. His own thoughts escaping him. As odd as it seemed to himself he found it quite annoyed at the idea of Reita just randomly picking her up right now. He was also randomly annoyed at Nao for butting into their conversation. He quickly opened his mouth, “Hey B-chan.”

“Hmm?” she said snapping out of her daze, as she was concentrating on what Nao had to say. She looked over.

“Listen, there is this band tomorrow. I wanted to go watch, and most of the guys don't like to go to these kinds of concerts...so if you want to?” Tora hesitated. He wasn't quite sure what he was saying. She did say though, that they weren't friends. Perhaps, that was his excuse. He was just trying to be friends.

“Mmm,” she pondered for a moment, “Sure. What time?”

“Ah, really?” Tora said surprised she said yes.

“Yes.” She giggled lightly, “what time?”

“Ah, 7:00. At the AX, you know where that is?”

“Yeah, I'll meet you there...and...” she said pausing as her phone rang, she looked down at it, “I had better go, JA NE!”

She opened her phone as she waved good bye, “Moshi moshi!”

Tora and Nao watched her exit the store, her head done the phone pressed to her ear.

“That was sudden.” Nao commented swapping seats so he could sit across from Tora.

“Yeah.” Tora said assuming he meant Reita's phone call..

“First you agree to come to Akihabra, which, you NEVER do, and now you're going to go hang out with her tomorrow...sudden in deed. How will Ayaka feel about this?” Nao asked leaning forward.

“Ayaka? She wouldn't go to that concert with me if I begged her too. She wouldn't think anything of it, and besides that there is nothing to think...Nao.”

“Hey, what would I know right...Just think about what it would be that I would do in your situation okay...” Nao grinned from ear to ear.

“Jesus Nao. That's it. Why hadn't I thought of it before...What would Nao Do? I am going to make a Japanese version of those American WWJD bracelets. WWND? What would Nao Do? It'll make millions and solve the worlds problems.” Tora said sarcastically.

“Eh?” Nao said looking a little sad, before perking back up, “What would Nao do? Huh? That sounds awesome.”

“You would like that idea...” Tora said shaking his head.

“I could print them in all kinds of colors...” Nao said as he began to plot the design of his bracelet in his head. Tora groaned a little and rested his head on the table in his arms. He shook his head back and forth in disbelief.

“You really would begin to plot...”

Shou was silently awaiting the arrival of a tall blonde man, with incredibly nice legs and a sweet disposition. He'd dressed himself up, and styled his hair and for the thousandth time Shou was examining himself in the mirror. He'd not been to sure why he'd agreed to this date with Uruha, but he had. It seemed logical to take steps forward, and Uruha was a wonderful man. So kind, so sweet, so caring. He seemed to have it all figured out.

Shou felt his palms sweating a little as his nerves began to take over. He'd never really been on an actual date before things with Saga just kind of happened. There was no “dating” or things like that. Saga just, filled some desires that lingered in Shou's soul, however, he did always feel this small piece lacking each time. Shou shook his head to clear his mind of Saga. It was like a poison or a drug, it just lingered there in his mind always confusing him.

The knock on the door was enough to send Shou into a nervous, stuttering frenzy, as he pulled the door open. He quickly created and rushed Uruha into the entry way.

“Ah...Konban wa Kouyou-san. Are you doing..well?” Shou said nervously spitting out the words. His hands were shaking. So much so that Uruha reached down grabbing them in his own to steady them. He smiled at Shou.

“Kaza-kun. Relax. I'm hardly one to be nervous over, we'll take this very slow, and besides that, the hard part is over already...so why not just relax and enjoy the evening...” Uruha said assuring Shou that he had no reason to be nervous.

“But...but...what if I say or do something silly or stupid?” Shou said his eyes wide with fear. He squeezed Uruha's hands tightly.

“Then I'll do something silly or stupid too...so you wont be alone.” Uruha said caressing the singers cheek lightly. Shou couldn't help but smile. Uruha really was a kind person.

“Hai, arigatou.” Shou nodded wanting Uruha's hand to linger on his cheek. He smiled lightly at Uruha. “Shall we go then?”

“Yes, please.” Uruha said he dropped his hands to his side, but then he extended his hand offering it to Shou, a light smile on his face. Shou hesitated for a brief moment, unsure of what to do, it felt so odd to be treated in such a delicate manner. Then he dropped his hands as well, extending his own to meet Uruha's. Uruha gently took his hand, lacing his fingers with the blonde singer. Without a word, he turned and pulled the door open gently leading Shou behind him.

They stepped out into the night air, and Shou inhaled deeply. Immediately aware that they were outside and holding hands, he tensed quickly. Sensing the tension Uruha looked back at him. The wind gently blowing the hair into his face, “don't worry. You're with me. There is nothing you should fear, as long as we are together...”

“I know..it's just that...well people...they don't always...” Shou began nervously. He didn't want to offend Uruha, but at the same time it scared him to be so openly gay in public.

“Forget other people, they don't matter. The only thing that matters is what you feel. If you feel uncomfortable, you don't have to hold my hand, but don't do it because you think others wont approve.” Uruha explained to Shou squeezing his hand tightly.

Shou nodded, squeezing his hand back a little, “Okay...I shall do my best. This is new to me...but, I will do my best.”

“I'm proud of you, and your strength. Being brave is far harder then anyone gives credit for, but as I said. You are never alone. I'm right here with you. Always.” Uruha said raising Shou's hand to his lips pressing a light kiss to the skin there.

“Kouyou...” Shou said softly, his heart swooning from the gesture. It really was nice to feel so special. Like you were the only person in the entire world that mattered, and nothing else could change that.

“Kazamasa...” Uruha echoed. “Let's go have some dinner okay...we'll take the evening as slow as you need to okay...”

Shou nodded and couldn't help but smile widely. He felt like a smile child, the corners of his mouth impossible to turn down. He walked side by side with Uruha happily. To his surprise the walk to the restaurant was very uneventful, in that no one bothered them at all. A weird look every once in a while, but no harsh words or comments came there way. He wondered if perhaps Aoi should experience this once. To know it was okay to be with Ruki. Shou began to feel a little guilty, to have s uch a person in his life when the rest of his friends seemed to lack it.

“What's wrong?” Uruha said watching the expression of distress form upon Shou's face. Shou shook his head, taking his seat at the table, he frowned a little. Sighing deeply he looked up at Uruha. The concerned expression on his partner's face made him smile slightly dispite the distress welling up in his heart.

“It's just...I feel almost wrong, being here with you.” Shou began, Uruha's expression darkened a little, “not like we shouldn't be here, or that I don't like you, or anything like that...”

“Than what is it?” Uruha asked. He felt his heart sink a little. The blow was a little crushing.

“I care about you and I am so happy to be here with you. I really am, I just think, of what I have been blessed with...namely you...and your great care for me...and then I think of so many of my friends who...don't have something like this...I feel guilty.” Shou explained.

Uruha couldn't help but smile at the man's heart. He wanted to kiss him right then and there, tell him how absolutely amazing and wonderful he was. Tell him that he was a true friend. “You are amazing...Despite your own happiness you still manage to truly feel for your friends...just don't beat yourself up over it too much. You've been due this for a long time...”

“Perhaps, but I can't stop thinking of Ruki, and Aoi....Tora too. Bethany-Chan as well...Reita...even...they are all so...lonely in one way or another...when they all so desperately need something like what you are giving me...” Shou explained, his eyes downcast in shame. He was truly feeling guilty.

“You shouldn't feel guilty though,” Uruha explained, “you've had your own trials and tribulations to overcome to achieve this point in your life...each person has their own trials...denying someone of their trials is actual a cruel thing...you deny them the right to develop into the person they are destined to become...and who are you to decided or alter a man's destiny..”

Shou blinked a few times and then blushed. “I hardly think I deserve to be in your presence.”

“Why?” Uruha questioned.

“You're so smart, and wise and kind...I'm hardly worthy of such a person.” Shou explained.

“Listen to me, and if you only learn one thing in our entire time together please let it be this...you are perfect...and you deserve far more then I could ever offer...you are more worthy of this then anyone I know....” Uruha said reaching across the table grabbing Shou's hand, he looked straight into his eyes.

“h..h..hai...” Shou said taken aback by his sudden aggressive nature. He nodded his head quickly,

“Good.” Uruha said smiling releasing Shou's hand. “So, let's enjoy our evening together instead of worrying about things that we cannot control, ne?”

“Okay.” Shou said nodding. He tucked a piece of hair behind his ear and reached for his chopsticks. He absently began picking at his food, before he set them down again. “Kouyou, can I ask you something?”

“Hmm?” Kouyou said resting his chopsticks on top of his bowl. His eyes turned up to Shou's as he listened intently to whatever it was the young man was about to ask him.

“Why? Why were you so nice to me...for so long, I suppose what I mean to ask is why me?” Shou asked.

“Ah,” Uruha said leaning back in his chair, “where would I even begin? Kaza, you are truly an amazing person whether you know it or not...you're compassion and heart is something that is rarely found in any person on the planet. You're joy and light just shines and radiates at all times lighting up the world around you. You are like a bright shining star in the darkest of nights...you bring me joy in my heart and a calmness in my soul that I never thought I could know...that is why...”

Shou felt his cheeks become very warm and the blush was ever so evident. He stared down at his food the embarrassment overwhelming him. He raised his hand over his mouth to cover the smile that he just couldn't stop and the other was fanning his cheeks to help reduce the heat in his face, “How you just say such things so wonderfully?”

“You inspire it.” Uruha admitted.

“I hardly think...really?” Shou said looking up at Uruha.

“Really.” Uruha said, “I don't know where this will lead us, but I am willing to walk the path with you as long as we are allowed.”

“I'd like that as well...” Shou said. For once, in a long time, his mind never once turned to Saga. He felt his thoughts free from Saga for the first time in a very long time.

“Good,” Uruha said nodding, “so how are we doing so far? Nothing terribly embarrassing yet right?”

Shou laughed lightly and shook his head, “No, not at all. I think, I may make it.”

Uruha laughed as well, “good. I wasn't sure how I was going to embarrass myself to save you. I'd been thinking about it for a while now, and everything I came up with was bad.”

Shou smiled even brighter and shook his head a little, “you are something else...I now know why the whole world would be jealous of me...and it has nothing to do with my band or friends...to have such a person caring for me as you...the world should be envious.”

Uruha blushed a little this time, “well I only act as you should be treated, so I suppose you are the spring for all of this.”

Shou nodded a little, “it may take me time to see myself as you do, but I shall try to start looking for what it is you see.”

“It is all I can ask.”

Shou nodded and then glanced down at his watch, “it's getting late...should we go?”

“Only if you want to,” Uruha explained, “then again...it may not be a want but a half to...do you rehearse early in the morning?”

“Yes,” Shou said sadly, “Speaking of, how are your rehearsals going lately?”

“Better, Reita and I have our work cut out for us, but they are actually lasting long enough to accomplish something...” Uruha explained rubbing the back of his neck before resting his hand back on the table.

“Someone really needs to do something...” Shou said resting his chin in his hand. “Bring those two together....”

“They'll come together on their own...they really will, it's just...going to kill Reita and I first...” Uruha chuckled rather cynically.

“I'd hate that to happen...” Shou commented.

“I know, me too. I particularly enjoy my life.” Uruha said smiling at Shou.

“I am starting to see why...although, I think that I am really starting to enjoy my own life more and more each day now...” Shou expressed quietly, he looked back up at Uruha and nodded lightly.

“Whatever it takes...” Uruha answered.

Shou smiled lightly and began to eat again. The silence that followed was comfortable. Welcoming almost. They could sit quietly and enjoy each others presence with out so much as a word and it was still a better moment then being without each other talking to other people. Shou felt a warmness in his soul that he had no experienced before and he could only wonder where these feelings and emotions would eventually take him.

“Ready to go home?” Uruha said finally breaking the long sustained silence. He left a set amount of money on the table and pointed to the door.

“Yes.” Shou said nodding his head.

Uruha helped Shou out of his chair and gingerly led him out of the restaurant. They walked side by side back to Shou's apartment, not holding hands this time, but content standing near to each other. Upon arriving in front of Shou's door, Shou turned to him.

“I guess this is good...night.” Shou said nervously, he rubbed his arm with his hand. He wasn't sure what he was suppose to do her. Saga would have dragged him inside and they'd have spent the night making out on the couch. It didn't really matter what Shou had wanted to or not wanted. It was just what happened. Uruha was different though, that wasn't going to happen tonight.

“Hai, this is good night...but not goodbye. So for now,” Uruha said taking a slow step forward, he brushed a piece of hair out of Shou's face, “I wish you a peaceful nights sleep...I hope... that perhaps if you dream...it'll be of me...”

Shou nodded biting his lower lip, and closed his eyes relishing in the gently caress of the man standing in front of him. He smiled and nodded softly. “I suppose then we shall say good night.”

“Yes,” Uruha said. He leaned forward slowly, cradling Shou's cheek in his hand, he lightly pressed his lips against Shou's. For a brief moment, he kissed him. Tasting his lips against his, and Shou couldn't help but melt into the embrace, eagerly accepting the kiss that was being placed on his lips.

Uruha backed up and smiled a little, “Good night... sleep well.”

Shou nodded dumbly, as he raised his hands to his lips. Still unsure if what had happened was real or not, he stared blankly ahead of himself as he watched Uruha slowly descend down the steps and out of his view. Shou shook his head, and turned to open his door. He really wanted Uruha to come back. To come inside for the evening, and that thought scared him. As soon as the door clicked shut Shou dug the phone out of his pocket and he began wildly searching for a number.
