As promised: The concert

It was just awesome.

Now, mind you, I'm not that big a fan of Rammstein. I find their music a little ... pretentious. I wouldn't have bought the tickets, but a very cute and sweet bunny decided to take me along. :)

The Evening started with Apocalyptica. Now, that's something I definitly WOULD have bought tickets for. If you ever heard them, you know what a cello should sound like. Also a great show.

But nothing compared to what Rammstein pulled off. A pyromaniacs wet dream, in a nutshell. Even though their flamer gauntlets could see some improvements, I could give them a few tips. Then again, they'll prolly NOT use the same fuel we did (or else the audience would've been cooking) :)

After about 2 hours, the stage was covered in smoke, I don't wanna pay their gas bill.

"Reise, Reise" is prolly their best album so far. Btw, I wonder quietly how popular "Amerika" is in the US, it definitly is a blast to watch on stage. The geek in me was more interested in the Segway their keyboarder rolled around on, though. :) Perfect idea if you ask me, mount a keyboard on a Segway and your keyboarder is just as mobile as anyone with a guitar.

Great show and setup, too.

I know I suck at describing something with a little enthusiasm, I'm more used to writing manuals. :)
