post-weekend update
well well well, another monday gone by and i feel a little less worked. i have but two days left of work, count 'em, 2! and they're both really easy. some toilets to clean here, a room there. pie.
this weekend, i was looking forward to it. i can't say it was a total let-down but my anticipation was very high. for starters, we finished the final trainee newsletter (and it's reallll good), which was fun. then i got to sleep in. so friday was alright, i guess. saturday, yeah, i slept in. we went to go see star wars III at this fancy movie theater. paid 8,50 and got stuck in this little basement theater. the screen was, i don't know, 9feet by 3 feet. woo hoo, thanks amsterdam. and then the movie itself. oh boy.
saturday night, i was really looking forward to going to this show at a squat bar near my old house. there were a couple of "bands" playing. in reality, each "band" was just a guy with his laptop and maybe a keyboard. but they played commodore 64 mixes which was cool, but after an hour, rather irritating. okay, a couple were pretty good (rolemodel + goto 80). missed out on the gameboy+ukelele though. went home sunday. slept sunday afternoon away. got up at 20:30. went to a beach disco. danced. went home. slept. worked today. and here i am. oh went to a markt nearby and bought a reggae rec. happy.
predictions for upcoming week: sleep, read, sk8, beach.
