I just learned LJ was created in 1993. Woah! I thought it was around since, like, 2001. I mean, it only has 13 million users compared to other websites like Facebook and MySpace, which are much younger. Some fandoms are so small I repeatedly see the same people there! Why is LJ so unpopular?
On the other hand I like it small and cozy. It's nice getting to know everyone in your fandom.
