Gosh yes. I'm hoping someone puts it up on youtube or gifs that moment. I love their camaraderie and that entire relationship. As much as they give each other shit in front of the cameras, it's just awesome watching the way they act together, that it's all just talk. IDK. They just kind of make me happy, you know.
I really hope someone puts it on youtube as well! I don't watch games on my computer so I can't do it. That and I probably wouldn't be able to figure out how to since I don't have the proper software.
I love that it's all an act in front of the media. They love to chirp each other for the fans. I don't think they would nearly as much if the fans didn't get such a kick out of it. But when it comes right down to it, they really are friends. It makes me happy to see.

I love it when we get a view of them on the bench. Like above. It's so candid, and it's nice to see Kane&Toews smiling instead of Kane&Toews looking all focused/Kane being very obviously frustrated. There's this one quote of Toews' where he says he and Kaner are brothers in their locker room, which pretty much sums up their relationship and makes me way too happy.
I know, right! So happy! I don't even know what it is about them. It's just--I'm glad people like them exist and have this wonderful, supportive relationship while still both being highly competitive athletes but also very much real people. Okay. Aww. I'm glad they've actually come to like each other and it's not just a young superstars are compelled to be seen with each other sort of thing.
Toews pretty much repeated what he said on the ice in his postgame interview, except on the ice he mostly talked about Kaner. Something something it was nice to win after last night in Detroit and I know Kaner's really frustrated right now but I try to keep his spirits up, I have faith in my linemate, that was a really good chance he had, Kaner, Kaner, Kaner, I could not make it more obvious that I ♥ him. And that was pretty much it.
*flounces off to write the non-angsty bits of fic about boys*
I really do love that they get along. It always makes my heart hurt when I hear that they don't. I hope they'll finish out their careers in Chicago.
Awwww! I hadn't heard that!! I got the stupid SJS feed instead of the Chicago one so I missed the First Star interview. :/ I want someone to post that online now. But that's so cute how supportive Jon's being of Kaner in his time of need. Usually he'd be chirping him to no end. It shows they've grown as a couple. Lol

I was totally expecting the chirping, but this was essentially Jonny going, 'Don't worry, Blackhawk Nation, I'm taking care of him.' I like that they show us how serious they are when it counts.
