Well let's see. First, you need to make sure that your computer can read japanese. Go to the Regional settings under your control panel, and you should be able to install japanese language and stuff. Some games, even if you do have japanese language installed, don't want to show you japanese text anyway. (Like Enzai XD which you should have in english anyway lol).
