I skipped my real #15 because it wasn't actually an artist but a soundtrack. Oops.
1.) The Smiths
Well fuck.
Choosing your favorite song from your favorite band that has hundreds of songs is like...torturous. UGH.
I really love this song...soooo I guess I'll post it. I can't ever say I have a favorite, but I go through waves of certain songs I like to listen to more than others, and this is one I tend to gravitate towards.
This is a very slightly different version, but awesome.

ANOTHER FAVORITE BAND YOU'RE MAKING ME CHOOSE AHHH
I really love all of their albums differently, and they're all so good and I have favorites on each, but there's something about this song from their first album that makes me want to sing it at random times.
3.) Coheed and Cambria
I'm going to have to go with the first song I ever heard of these guys because it holds a kind of special place in my heart.
4.) Morrissey
Since he's the front man of The Smiths, a lot of his stuff solo is similar and also hard to pick a favorite. Urf.
Kind of hard to find a lot of his stuff that isn't live. But damn he's good live. I wish I could see him in concert. ;_____;
5.) HIM
Oof. I've loved this band for awhile now. Razorblade Romance is probably my favorite album so we'll go with something from that.
This is a cover of a Chris Isaak song, but they do such an amazing job with their own version. It's so powerful and I love it.
6.) Fiona Apple
I know I'm going to say that it's hard to pick a favorite for all of these, but for a lot of them it is. I really love absolutely everything Fiona does.
But I'll go with a song that I feel has a lot of strong emotions in it, and moves me every time I hear it. This woman is nothing short of a genius.
7.) Britney Spears
Haha oooh Britney! God I love this girl. She makes such fun music.
I really enjoy her latest album Circus.
This song is so great and entertaining.
8.) Snow Patrol
Not much to say here except that I adore this band and this song.
9.) Kings of Leon
I'm sure if I find out I have a ton of elitist KoL fans on my F-list I'll get ripped a new one for saying this, but goddamn I love Sex on Fire. I first heard it on SNL and got hooked on KoL ever since. I just didn't have any interest in listening to them before, and this got me to love them! What's wrong with that? Hahaha. I also think my boyfriend looks a lot like the lead singer in this video (but just in this video...well, maybe a little in the Use Somebody vid too) though he doesn't agree. I think it's hot. But my boyfriend is way cuter.
10.) t.A.T.u.
I love the Russian version of this song better than the English, because I like the lyrics better. Sure I can't understand them, but they sound cooler and the translation is really amazing. So here's the Russian version...
11.) System of a Down
Uhhh I just picked a random song. Hahaha.
12.) Lady Gaga
DEFINITELY can't pick a favorite Gaga song, she's too crazy awesome for that.
But after FINALLY purchasing The Fame Monster, I've really fallen in love with this song.
13.) Imogen Heap
I love Imogen, she seems so sweet! This video is adorable.
14.) Aesop Rock
Really love this guy. Have to be in the right mood for it, but this music is great. I'll post the song that got me really into him, especially since it's such a crazy awesome video too.
