I've come across an old woman on the outskirts of town, near the forest. She's in bad condition, and is unable to make it to the village in her current state. A healer is needed, post haste.
Also, would anyone who happens to know this woman please come as well? She does not appear to be a New Feather, but lacks any sort of identification. She is of small stature, and wears a pink dress, speaking in a grandmotherly tone.
