Post-Halloweenies
Everyone at the library seemed especially happy and friendly today. I think it's because of the election results. ^^
Halloween was nice. I dressed up as L and gave candy to the kids, as promised. I don't think any of them recognized me; most of them were way too young for that. I had fun playing the part as much as I could without scaring the kids (or annoying them by delicately giving them candy piece by piece between my fingers xD). Afterwards I went to Barnes and Noble with Arc, still dressed up. Dressing up as L doesn't look too out of place in public, but I still had a few people who kept staring at me. :P
The purple nail polish? What, that's canon!

Improvements for next time: possibly make the dark circles even darker, try to lighten the eyebrows, and get something to bind my chest.
I totally need to do this again and take more pictures. And maybe get some BB related props, too! :D
I watched the behind the scenes features on the Death Note Vol. 7 DVD and had to LOL at this piece spoken by Alessandro Juliani: "Greetings, fans. I am L. I wish you all to prepare your white sweatshirts, blue jeans, hair gel, and eye shadow. And this Halloween we will take the world by storm. Thank you."
I don't know why, but when he turned and said that to the camera in his L voice, I turned into a giddy schoolgirl. xD
*sigh* Isn't it sad that L's death day has to come so soon after his birthday? ;_;
Also, I hit a deer on the way home from work tonight. It's the first time I've hit an animal with a car. I knew I would eventually, but I was dreading it. The bump wasn't very hard though, and the deer was able to run away from the vehicle. I still wonder if it lived through the ordeal. It felt eerie that I might have killed something on L's death day. :/
