Yes, it's me! It's so awesome to hear from you!

I'm doing alright. Let's see, I'll give you the CliffsNotes version: Moved to Orange County, graduated uni, pissed away my time, got a grown-up job, hated it and the O.C., made a decision, quit my job, quit the O.C., moved back to L.A. (last month), and am now in the process of trying to put all the pieces back together and it quite a chore.

ANYWAY. How have you been? What have you been up to? Gimme all the deets!

I majored in history and got my B.A. in it. I had a job in retail before I became an insurance agent. I mean, it's an ok job, and the money can be really good, but GODDAMN it was so boring and it was so not for me. I worked there for 2 years, but I just had to go. I can understand how other people can like doing it, and I think if I were 37 instead of 27, I wouldn't have cared so much, but I couldn't take how spirit-crushing it was to me. I don't know if I'll ever go back to doing that again, but for right now, it's not for me. I'm thinking about going back for grad school, but that won't happen til next year at the earlier.

It's awesome you're in school. What are you majoring in?

And you guys are going to Comic Con? SO JEALOUS.

Sweeet! Any specific history you're concentrating on? MY concentration was U.S. History and I wrote my thesis on the Young Communist League of America. Good times.

You know, I miss college so much. Looking back on it now, it was the greatest time I've ever had, including the time I spent @ my junior college. You're getting it done, girl, and that's what matters!
