recently i purchased an advanced book on actionscripting. i have to learn it for work, but maybe i'll actually do my site (www.necksnappa.com) in flash this time around. i know - it goes against everything i hold dear and true, but who knows. i'll see what's up. i make no promises.
pokemon has once again consumed my soul. lol it's funny to see people who are *really* into gaming and rpgs to talk smack about the pokemon games. i mean ok - it looks kiddie and it carries a widely recognized brand name, but holy crap - the game itself is amazing. pick up any version and you'll be hooked - i assure you. the game is never-ending if you let it become that way. i mean there is a goal, but you can keep catching animals and leveling them up forever. (at least i could)
i've been trying to save money recently... i think i may go on a ramen diet. 39 cents a package - how could you go wrong? ;) i took out my jug 'o coins and started rolling them up... so far i've found $120 in quarters alone. lol! i never use change when i buy stuff so it all just sits in that jug for a good year until i decide to look through it. awesome.
so i had a dream last night in which i died (again). but there was a weird point in it though, where my body was made out of many different bodies. i was with a woman laying down and she too was made out of many different bodies. (bodies = people) "how could i not think you are beautiful" were my words to her. the people that formed her lips flexed in a way that made her smile. she said she understood. this wasn't contributory to my death, it was just an amazing image i beheld. the way i died was by being pressed/suffocated/compacted. i was on the bottom layer of some sort of pillar. it was an intricate pillar made up of what seemed to be a town or some sort of structure that housed people. the pillar was sent into the ground, buried, and it was compacted upon itself. i remember around 4 people in flowing robes ducking or bowing around me, i being in the center of the pillar. they took their robes and ritualistically covered their heads with their long sleeves. i looked up and saw the town structure coming down upon us. so i ducked and covered as the robed ones did. the pillar sank into us at the base and continued down into the sandy floor until it was buried.
i woke up.
so here i am at work... how banal.
