Summary: Gods and babies aren't much alike.
* * * * *
Gods are limitless, indestructible.
This baby is tiny. Fragile, dependent on you for protection.
Gods are untouchable. They shine and burn, like stars.
This baby is warm. Mewls to catch your attention, touches your cheek with peach-soft hands, as if to say ‘there, there, don’t cry,’ even if you’re not.
Gods judge. They save and condemn, and never regret.
This baby won’t stop crying for you you, not when the old Japanese man carries her away, not even after she’s grown up and you’re gone does she stop missing you, remembering you.
Athena is of the Gods.
This baby is Athena.
Title: #87 - Footprints.
Author: Nemesi.
Fandom: Saint Seiya.

Characters/Pairing: Aiolia.
Rating: PG-13
Disclaimer: Saint Seiya, its characters, places and themes belong to Masami Kurumada and Toei. No copyright infringement is intended.
Warning: Un-betaed.
Summary: Aiolia saw it in the sand, and began to imagine...
* * * * *
It was a footprint.
Aiolia had discovered it behind the Sagittarius Temple, and poured over it with the kind of fascination that children reserve to pirate treasure.
It was a deep mark, because gold is heavy, and the highest-ranking Saints wear nothing but gold.
The edges were even, clean-cut, and the heel had sunk less than the tip in the wet sand, which revealed a measured, purposeful gait.
There was a smudged rivulet of blood on the outside, which revealed even more.
Aiolia carefully pushed his little feet inside the footprint, dreaming of the day he would fit into it.
Title: #88 - The Reason.

Disclaimer: Saint Seiya, its characters, places and themes belong to Masami Kurumada and Toei. No copyright infringement is intended.
Warnings: Un-betaed. Slash. Graphic sex. Much fangirling of Aiolos, but - seriously - what else could be expected from me…? ^^;;
Summary:
* * * * *
Despite all the times he’s been rejected, Kanon still believes he can seduce Aiolos, become his lover.
He slips into the Sagittarius Temple, full of courage and full of desire.
Inside, Aiolos lays naked on the drenched sheets, beautiful like Kanon can hardly believe; body taut, skin like burnished gold, eyes lustrous, he looks wild like a primal God as he moves between the spread thighs of Kanon’s twin.
Kanon watches on, poisoned with hurt and rage, realizing he’ll be denied the man he loves for the same reason he’s always been denied all his wishes.
Because he isn’t Saga.
Title: #89 - True Saints.
Author: Nemesi.

Summary:
* * * * *
‘Saints do not love’, preached his Master.
‘We serve the Goddess of Wisdom, and wisdom is the annihilation of feeling. Hearts tainted by love, pain and jealousy cannot be impartial. And we can’t afford prejudice.’
Yet, Saga does love.
Does that make him unworthy of his Cloth?
Has his lusts tainted him?
Or did he become a worthier man, embracing the feeling in which name he fights for?
Once, Saga was a true Saint: cold, heartless, untouchable. But as he trails his fingers down Aiolos’s naked back, thrilling with desire, he is neither saint nor sinner.
He’s just a man.

Saga used to always want more.
From himself, from others, from Kanon, from Aiolos. Even from the Gods. Nothing was ever enough: every pleasure of life was too meagre to satisfy his hunger, and he dreamed of greater things.
Now the whole of Sanctuary bows to him, the power of the Gods lays acquiescent in the palm of his hand.
But his life is so rich it nauseates him, there’s no pleasure that doesn’t bore or disgust him, and he longs for the simple things of old - freedom, love, family.
Saga used to always want more.
Now he wants less.
