More Jury Duty
I guess it's that time of year where the County of San Diego decides I haven't had enough jury duty. No interesting stories this time, just a really boring day. They only called for two panels today, and they finally let us go around 3:30 this afternoon.
Oh, and for the record, this is now three times in four years that I've been called in on this annoying "One day, one trial" system. Is there really that much crime in San Diego, or am I just on the fringe of the bell curve here? And what happened to the "just call us every day for a few weeks" system? I'd much rather have to do it that way.
