im updating cuz its been a long time. like a week! omg
ok well i dont remember much. sunday drumline 10 - 6 i learned all that i missed the week before. monday - thursday, regular school day. yesterday (Thurs) tony and ray came over to practice for todays shows. then i packed up my drums we got into the school, put our crap in the band room. ray practiced some Live songs with dennis then i went home talked to some cool doods then went to bed.
Today went to jazz band, set up my kit and used it. then put our stuff in the auditorium went to spanish and watched Selena, english did some dumb packet, band played music durr.then went into the auditorium and finished setting up Maelstrom went on first played their stuff then my drums got their debut and i like them a lot and they are pretty! so we didnt do too many songs cuz the other guys went for a long time.
i grabbed the snare and bass pedal and headed towards the gym. the jazz band played a few songs and i drummed to mikes stuff cuz he was doing the thing with the drumline. he came played a song then we sat through all that craziness.
After the thingy i went and packed up a bunch of my hardware and cymbals before the acoustic set. It was me and Ray with him on guitar and singin and me playing djembe. i wore my fancy suit thingy. we pretty much winged it the whole time. we're like uhhh what next? so we played some cool stuff like the white stripes "we are going to be friends" oh yeaaa.... then dennis came and we played some songs by Live. then i was done and my mommy was there watchin for a bit.
i talked to her a bit then this one mean girl Maria hit me and i didnt do nothin pshh so i went and sat by elissa, paige, maria and lindsey and stuff for a bit. then they left then came back and left again. watched Maelstrom a bit more then went over to my mom and said lets go get my stuff packed up. so we put all my drums and amps and PA stuff in the van, left, i forgot my backpack so we turned around and got it then went home and i still have amps and drums all over. i should get on that but im lazy. oh well
so now im just sitting here listening to music and thats about it. i should go put drums together but i dont feel like it.
word on the street is that when i was playing today, i looked serious and its cute...hmmm
