Megami Magazine 108
The May 2009 issue of Megami Magazine is out. Unfortunately there was no giant pullout poster in this issue, a first in quite awhile. Rather, this issue includes a special "Clannad: After Story" mini-mag in honor of the series recently ending. It includes screencaps, character artwork, & a couple articles like a Q&A. Pretty neat if you're a big Clannad fan, but I'd rather prefer a huge pullout poster myself.
Onto the posters, the May issue is the first real issue to include new anime from the Spring season. There's still quite a few Fall/Winter titles in here as well though, making this a good bridging issue between the two seasons. You got ToraDora, Index, & Kannagi, but you also got newer titles like K-On & Queen's Blade. But the real highlight of this issue, in my opinion, is a fantastic Saki poster. I mean, OMG. I love Nodoka (for obvious reasons), & it also makes the subtle yuri hints in the series not so subtle here. All that & more below:
