Now that is hard core death. Chapter 11 could pull them out with some severe and final decisions, but 7. The end of days for Central Park.
Decisions on their part for licensing products have always been questionable in my opinion. Even back in the early '90s I wondered why they choose a particular anime that didn't even do well in Japan! Grave~, Geobreeder and Slayers where the only decent products I've seen out of their company so it seems that bankruptcy was pretty much a given.
