It's a miracle! A Nanoha girl DIDN'T WIN! Unfortunately, Yukari didn't win either. Rather it was Anya Earlstreim "Code Geass R2" who won, beating out Subaru Nakajima (Nanoha StrikerS) & Yukari Takara (Lucky☆Star). Well good for Anya anyway, since the ladies of Code Geass haven't been doing too well in this tournament for the most part. With the exception of CC, of course.
Sadly, Dokuro-chan of "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan" lost too. She put up a good fight for someone who's been entering the tournament for so many years, but ultimately Dai Maou Bell Zephyr of "Night Wizard" beat her in this round. Yin (Darker than BLACK) rounded out the round, coming in third place.
Finally, Chihiro Shindou of "ef - a tale of memories" won against Kuugen Tenko (Wagaya no Oinari-sama) & Manaka Komaki (ToHeart 2 series).
A very interesting round to expect for tomorrow. Sekai of "School Days" goes up against Yuki of "Vampire Knight" & Montmorency of "Familiar of Zero." Perhaps I should be rooting Montmorency, but I actually fancy Sekai more. I think she should be able to win the round tomorrow, unlike her rival Kotonoha who lost very early on in this tournament. But one NebsTV girl I will be rooting for is Miki from "Hayate," even though she's going up against... you know it's coming... ANOTHER Nanoha character. Again. But who knows, maybe lightning will strike twice.
