Despite receiving
raving reviews of its script recently, the Voltron movie is seeing some trouble. The film was
originally being picked up by New Regency, a 20th Century Fox production company, but they have now dropped the project.
But don't fret yet, as another studio is in negotiations of picking the film up. This news seems all for the better actually, as the movie is once again getting back on track for theaters & out of movie limbo. According to an article from Variety:
Ryan Kavanaugh's financing and production venture Relativity Media is in negotiations to back the property, though on a more moderate budget, utilizing the type of cost-effective technology employed in films including "300."
