Terminator Anthology Coming in 2009
While talking about FOX's upcoming "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" TV series, producer James Middleton mentioned that they'll be working on an animated anthology for the franchise called "Termination," due out in 2009. Middleton says Termination will be an Animatrix-like spin-off with different "auteurs" from all over the world working on the many different shorts that will tell different stories on what happened on Judgment Day in the Terminator story (which has been discussed in all the Terminator films & ultimately actually happened in T3). But unlike Animatrix, & the similarly recently announced Batman anthology collection, this will feature animation directors from Europe as well as Japan.
