Official Savers Dub Cast List
After a lot of rumors & surprise press releases about dub names, as well as who would be voicing who, Jeff Nimoy has announced the official cast for the dub of Digimon Savers, Data Squad! The dub names & voice actors known so far are thus:
Marcus (Masaru)- Quinton Flynn (Kon in Bleach, Iruka in Naruto)
Yoshi (Yoshino)- Colleen O'Shaughnessy (Sora in Digimon, Ino in Naruto)
Thomas (Tohma)- Crispin Freeman (Kyon in Haruhi, Shannon in Scrapped Princess)
Commander Sampson (Satsuma)- Jamieson Price (Chad in Bleach, Oikawa in Digimon)
Agumon- Brian Beacock (Takato/Bokomon in Digimon, Yamato in Bedaman)
Miki- Kate Higgins (Sakura in Naruto, Karin in Bleach)
Megumi- Stephanie Sheh (Orihime in Bleach, Mikuru in Haruhi)
Lalamon- Dorothy Fahn (Mimori in s-CRY-ed, Meryl in Trigun)
Kudamon- Sam Reigal (Yajiro in Grenadier, Little Slugger in Paranoia Agent)
Ikuto (no English name yet)- Brianne Siddall (Tommy/Calumon in Digimon, Kido in Zatch Bell)
Falcomon- Steve Blum (JP/Guilmon/Kenta/Yamaki in Digimon, Spike in Cowboy Bebop)
Kristy (Chika)- Melissa Fahn (Rika in Digimon, Edward in Cowboy Bebop)
Sayuri (Marcus's mom, no English name yet)- Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell, Julia in Cowboy Bebop)
Yushima- Kirk Thornton (Gabumon/Mummymon in Digimon, Bunshichi in Tenjho Tenge)
As can be seen, some names & voices are still being worked on. Most notably is the absence of Gaomon, who has yet to be cast. Jeff confirmed that Yoshi is actually short for Yoshino, so her full name will be mentioned at least a few times in the dub but will be referred to as Yoshi for the most part. Just thank the Digi-gods that it's not Josie. He also confirmed that the Digimon will have the same VAs for all their Digivolved forms.
