Hugo Weaving to Voice Megatron
We already knew that Peter Cullen, the original voice of Optimus Prime, would be voicing our main Autobot hero of this summer's live-action Transformers movie. But until now the villain of the story had yet to be cast. Turns out their was a battle going on for awhile now between Frank Welker (the original voice of the Decepticon) & Hugo Weaving (Agent Smith in the Matrix). But now the battle is over, & it's been decided that Weaving will playing the voice of Megatron! Welker will still be in the movie however, playing the voice of another undisclosed character.
