Snowless Winter in Tokyo?
With Spring less than 3 weeks away now & no snow in site, it appears that Tokyo will have its first snowless winter in recorded history. Weather records have been kept on the city since 1876, & every winter season since then has had at least one snowfall. I think we should ask Al Gore what he thinks the cause of this is.
