Quite happy to hear about the 10th anniversary movie being licenced.

Pretty sure im one of the few people alive who actually likes most of the dub voices in YGO, even though the japanese are much better, i still like the dub voices to some extent.

One thing i am curious about though is Judai's voice in the movie, his dub voice for season 1-3 was prefect for him imo, but when i try and imagine that cheery happy go lucky voice with Season 4 Judai's voice it just doesnt seem to fit.

So if Judai's dub voice actor does reprise his role, do you think he may make the voice deeper to suit his more serious look? or do you think it'll be the same voice we heard in season's 1-3? which io just doesnt fit his new look.

Looking forward to seeing the movie one way or another though =D

season 4 judai is very serious if you think about it. he has a new look plus fused with yubel and is serious about his duels and the actions he takes. sure he isn't as comical as in seasons 1-3 but oh well.

as for the dub voice for him, who knows. 4kids never and probably won't dub season 4 of gx.

First off, you're not alone I somewhat liked the dub voices (With the acception of a few, to name some would be "The Chazz" and Syrus).

On to Judai, they'll probably have the VA use the voice he used when Judai was possessed by Haou.

I'm scared that 4Kids is going to go back to butchering anime. ~_~ I hope to God they don't screw up the YGO movie or any other anime I actually like.

obviously they will butcher the movie like they do with the anime (all 3 series). they will edit the cards, remove original music for some crappy one, no more makemagic theme, whole lot more.
