"...Atheism also does not in any way, shape, or form, address the existential questions of Human Purpose and Existence in a vast and seemingly indifferent universe." Actually, Atheism does address these questions in the form of secular humanism.

I will leave you with these three urls, the first one is the one that I personally like the best.

It may be more likely that those to whom the work of the Temple would appeal would find Atheism to be cold and Atheists to be argumentative and Secular Humanism to lack appeal in terms of being a system that insists upon following the science. Just as the aestetic of Buddhism and the India flavor of Hinduism make them both unsuitable for the Pentavalence, perhaps it is the clinical detachment of Atheism and the strict devotion to the scientific method that makes Atheism unsuitable.

Atheism for me personally has worked far better than both mainstream and fringe Christianities did. It gave me more reason for being and more satisfaction than Paganism did. And yes, through secular humanism, I have found my purpose and my why. Or to put it another way, my existential crisis has resolved past the stage of drugs and John Paul Sartre and Thomas Merton. {It was a triplicate sort of existentialism that I suffered from].

What bothers me is that sort of I don't want to say male infection-- how do we know that if the world is a matriarchy, that women will not devolve into what men or some percentage of men and politicians are now?

That is enough for now. Well-written and of course waiting for more.

"While reading the above, some of you may have asked, 'why does an entire civilization need a single Spiritual Path?'

Part of that answer is quite simple; we, The Temple of The Pentavalence, were created with the goal of utterly transforming human civilization as it presently stands and we were created is this form because history has shown over and over and over again that a Spiritual Path is the single most effective and long lasting method of achieving such a total transformation. 'Reason' can always be parsed to death, but "IT IS WRITTEN!" will get shit out of committee almost every time."

okay. however it is the mischaracterization of Atheisms [since there are more than one].

maybe more accurate to say, well I won't quibble.
More accurate for me then:

The principles of secular humanism are insufficient motivation for a community such as The Temple of The Pentavalence to carry on the work that must be done.

I shall resolve the issue in that way in my brain. And remember that you are designing a WE thing.
