No flippancy or playing for humors. Sooner or later, unless somethinh MAJOR changes/intervenes? We end up with a government effectively in ruins? What comes next becomes a no longer rhetorical.
We've seen some examples in history of how humans can make Hells that any fictional or literal demons would weep in ENVY of.
So for crap's sake- I'd hope we'd have some plans ready to reassemble the pieces into REAL Utopias.
We're unlikely to alter the if or if not to be about destruction's.. We can gently urge the constructions.
