~So now the Kern Co Tax Assessor’s office is trying to feed us a bag of dicks. They have way over assessed the market value of this joint, by like by double its worth even if it was tip top shape, which it certainly is not.
We gotta get That Woman and The Ambulance Chaser off our ass to we can focus on sorting out all this bullshit. We may have to pay a major portion of the back taxes and then file a challenge to get a refund. *sigh*
