Update!!!!
I haven't been able to update in a while...things have been all crazy and my thoughts jumbled. So anyways, thought I'd give a public update to everyone...though I am not promising a novel ;)
The calling hours were very sad...and I cried a little at the start, but I pulled myself together before people came so I could chat and greet them. I guesstimate...that 350-370 people showed up. It was quite a big deal, and my dad knew everyone so...yeah. The funeral service was very sweet and was a good memorial of my father.
School so far has been keeping me busy...I went the second day of classes, I didn't miss toooo much in my first day classes, so no worries, although I have to make 3 portfolios this year that I know of, two due this semester. Busy work...
Been working in the computer labs too, I have a 7:30AM-9:30AM shift in Patterson on Tuesday that I picked up in addition to my other 6 hours, so I got 8 a week now. It's a great job :)
Activities fair, new campus center, freshmen, parties at Theta Chi...yeah it's been good so far and can only get better. Later,
