Hiya!
I'm Neba Nebet, and this is - obviously - my journal. Most of the entries are locked, mostly because I think putting personal information publicly on the internet is a very bad idea. Rather than constantly having to worry about giving myself away, I decided to make it so the people on my friends list are the people who already know the personal information, usually because I know them in real life - the list, hence, is quite small. Ask any of them, though - it's really not that interesting, and I don't update that often anyway. Keep in mind, too, that just because I haven't friended you doesn't mean I don't read your journal or that I (gasp!) don't like you or something - the bookmarks toolbar in Firefox is my friend, and I make good and efficient use of it. :) I also have a lot of spare pennies jangling around in my head, so if I put in my two cents in on your journal, it's because I randomly comment a lot, even on journals I don't regularly visit.
