Why I hate the doctors...
everytime we go to Duke Hospital they find something wrong. Its a good and a bad thing I guess..
They looked at Phin. He is almost 8 months old but they are doing a 6 month check up from February.
They said he looks great.. very smart and up to speed on all his skills.
Then they said he's got a small head. There is a chart process that monitors head to body growth and are concerned that his head growth is declining in ratio to the curve he should be following.
That doesn't sound good.
Then they say he might have this...
craniosynostosis
That would be more bad news. That would require surgery and be very scary.
So they will call us back with setting up a CT scan.
ANOTHER CT scan. I know it needs to be done but I'm just so tired of all these problems that are never mentioned to you when you decide to have a child.
Let's all hope this goes ok.
