Roomba and camera update
Ok so I tried out the Roomba. Its a decent device. For a vaccumm its a pretty good machine but its more of a toy really.
In theory, you would put out the Roomba to vacuum while you did something else. The reality is if you use the roomba, you need to watch it to make sure it doesnt get stuck somewhere. It tries its best to resolve itself out of situations but sometimes it just winds up going over the same area its already vacuummed. And I know I cant spell Vaccum I'm just too lazy to look it up.
Anyway the Roomba works well in Phin's room. It gets under his crib and changing table amazing well. The living room it gets stuck in the entry way of the house because its a 1/2 inch lower on linoleum than the rest of the carpeted floor.
I plan on trying the kitchen later this week. Its pretty fun to play with and its cleaning too!
The Kodak digital camera is crap. It takes 5 seconds for a picture to be taken. But at least its 5 megapixels. The printer doc is actually pretty cool. The photos print very very well. It was free so I cant complain.
