Animazement Nostalgia
Animazement anime convention is celebrating their 10 year anniversary this year in Durham, NC and the convention starts this Friday. I use to take off every Friday before memorial day to go to this event and blow $200+ a year.
There is still a part of me that wants to go and blow more money, but I guess I'm to old for that. I didn't go last year, and the year before I went by myself (which was just sad).
If I even considered going this weekend and taking Phineas, it would still cost me $30 just to walk through the doors. And I would be looking for the Best of Bleach Soundtrack which would cost me another $50, so that would be even MORE money I'd be blowing on trivial excess.
Oh well. If anyone around here goes to the con, tell me about so I can live vicariously through you all.
