Outside work?
After much laziness...about a month's worth of laziness, I had to do some yard work this weekend.
I pulled out the ladder from our storage and cleaned the gutters (The ones I could reach). Cleaning the gutters is a nasty job. Wet dirty leaves and twigs and nastiness abounds. I particularly loved it when bits would splash in my eyeballs.
I also mowed the lawn. Why would I mow the lawn in December? I had some wild onions growing in my yard, so I had to cut them down. I also had to chew up all the leaves that had fallen in the front yard.
Why the massive clean up? Phin's birthday party is Saturday and I had to make the place all presentable. Heather's sister, Joy, is coming tomorrow night, and Joy's husband is coming Friday.
