So, in canon, Emma is a pretty powerful telepath, obviously in Bete Noire her abilities are limited to the city any the farther away a character is from her, the weaker the connection is. Now, obviously, there are going to be some characters whose minds she won't be allowed to read and the excuse will probably be that some magic within the city

Can Emma use telepathy on your character(s)? YES by all means. He's really quite used to having his good friend Oxford (also a telepath) nosing around in his mind every now and again and Cambridge has always prided himself on being a very honest person - but he won't be very impressed if he realises she's snooping around without at least asking permission.
Can she read your character(s) surface thoughts, if they're apparent in bracket tags? Yep.
Can she, if it comes up in game, read your character's deeper thoughts? Also yep.
If this is a yes, is there anything big and glaring it would be impossible for her not to notice when diving into your character's mind? (for example, any intense trauma) Weelll...
- FIRSTLY - Cambridge is a technopath. He's trying to keep it at least a little bit of a secret in the city but that's not going to last very long.
- SECONDLY - although he will always introduce himself to strangers as Isaac Moore (his real name) it's very obvious that mentally he refers to himself as Cambridge. His codename is so heavily tied up with his own self-image that anyone diving in to his mind will very likely come across this name more predominantly than his own.
- THIRDLY - the Order. It's his everything. It where he gets his power and his codename and as such it really is a constant presence in his mind. There's more information on the Order in his profile but the TLDR version is that he's a member of a super-secret illuminati that rule the world, hurrah! The Order also arranged for him to work in the British government as a covert operative influencing foreign policy so. He does love his work. :')
Can she, if it has to happen for a plot, do any of the control/possession/memory shenanigans that she can do? Ohhhh yes. That sounds hilarious and Cambridge will HATE it.What... is the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?
