Why the number 4? I presume that means you are aware of at least four of these scientists; what else can be said of them?

Correct, 1 male + 3 females. They're conducting an experiment; recreating civilization or playing god or some zetta stupid shit. They also implant a microchip in everyone upon arrival, so if you have any supernatural abilities, they're zetta gone 4 now.

You know their genders, how about appearance? If that isn't something you know, how did you discover their genders?

Tell me more about the microchip, if you can. Besides acting to quell our abilities, and I presume act as a tracking device for them, is there any more information about them?

No. They don't come into the city itself; would be terminated within seconds, but their voices give away their genders.

The chips have the ability to subtract personalities, but that was, and I quote, a zetta "oops".

"Subtract personalities"? Please elaborate.

Would you also define "zetta" for me? I'm unfamiliar with that word.

A "malfunction" that caused everyone with a chip to lose his/her personality 4 two days.

Zetta is an SI prefix denoting 1021 or 10007.

Any other incidents of malfunctioning?

I've heard mentioned numerous times that they were capable of tampering with emotions, but that's all.

During the one incident you mentioned, did it affect every single person here? The same question applies to any other incidents involving the chip.

Only those who still had their chips in, which is an estimated ratio of 60/40, 60 being the radians with chips.

Chips are removable, then? Why has only ≈40% of the population had them removed, and how did they go about doing so?

Yes. The scientists change the chip location after after a period of time, and the current coordinates are x. There are doctors here who take them out, but they apparently, they zetta pick favorites when doing so.

How do the doctors here go about locating the chip? Is its location the same for the entire populace, or does it vary from person to person?

It is in the same location 4 each individuals that arrive in the same time period be4 the scientists change the chip location.
