For not doing regular strength training:

From gripping the bars yesterday for the weights, my fingers hurt. Cause I'm cool like that and have terrible terrible hands.

It's making getting that word count in fun, I tell you what. Seriously. It rocks.

It rocks so hard that I'm stopping to post halfway through and talk about how much it rocks.

Okay. Back to it. Miles to go.
