i have been mia from internet activities due to computer failure...but all is good now and i'm ready to resume my internet activities...so i shall begin
last week was spring break, my vacation, i was a lazy couch potato...i was watching the csi marathon on spike.....that was fun....i did workout every morning, however my bad eating habits overcame my attempt to continue with my healthy meal plan...so i must reevaluate why i am trying to lose weight....i have to get everything back in order........also during my week off i finished reading "the da vinci code", so now i have moved on to suze orman's "the money book for the young, fabulous and broke"...very informational...
on friday adrian, mario and i watched "guess who"...it was okay...on saturday i had lunch with sal (whom i havent seen in a year or so) and rick......sal decided he would take us to black angus...delicious! okay its dinner time....peace out!
